Section C. Statement of Work
C.1 The contractor shall deliver twelve small unmanned aircraft systems with thermal and electro-optical payloads.
C.2 Each aircraft must operate for at least 40 minutes per battery at 15 degrees Celsius.
C.3 The contractor shall provide two days of operator training at the government site.
C.4 All flight data shall be stored on equipment located in the United States.

Section L. Instructions to Offerors
L.1 Offerors must submit a technical volume of no more than 15 pages.
L.2 The technical volume shall describe the approach to delivery within 120 days after award.
L.3 Offerors shall provide three past performance references from the last five years.
L.4 Proposals shall be submitted by email no later than the closing date.
L.5 Prices shall be firm-fixed-price for each CLIN.

Section K. Representations
K.1 The offeror shall certify that it is a small business under NAICS code 336411.
K.2 The offeror must comply with FAR 52.240-1 regarding unmanned aircraft systems.
