Autonomy Runway

Company toolkit

We help you to create the initial documents for your company.

The documents a drone or robotics company needs to sell to the government, borrow and raise money, built for your company. We help you prepare them and guide you step by step. The tools come with a company account; the Grant application kit's drafts come with the Pro plans, and Document Check is a paid review.

We guide you step by step

Not sure where to start or what to do next? We draft your documents with you, grant applications included, and guide you through each step, in order.

Tell us about your companyFill in your company file: what you build, where you build it, your team, your customers and your numbers. Every document is built from it, so you type each fact one time.
Know your next stepThe readiness guide checks your registrations and certifications, from SAM.gov to NDAA and Blue UAS, and names your next step: what you need, how long it takes and what it costs. Where to start walks you through each one, in order, with the official sources.Where to start
We draft your documentsYour capability statement, bank brief, spec sheets, business plan, financial projections and pitch deck, drafted for you from your company file, in Word, PDF, PowerPoint and Excel. You edit them and they are yours.See the documents
We draft your grant applicationFor an SBIR or STTR Phase I, a Grants.gov application or a state grant, we list the registrations, the deadlines and the sections it needs. With a Pro plan, we draft the project summary, budget, team, past performance and commercialization sections for you, and the letters of support to ask for. You review them, finish them and submit.Grants
Supply Chain CheckPuts every part of your product beside the federal drone rules and the dates they take effect, drafts the letters to get missing facts from your suppliers, and shows companies listed here that may supply a replacement.Check your parts
We review your documentsDocument Check reviews your documents: the ones the Company Toolkit drafted for you and the ones you already have, such as financial statements and tax returns. It reads them the way a lender, investor or buyer would, and gives a score, the issues and how to fix each one. It is an automated, paid review; a paid check comes with a re-check.Document CheckSee a sample report

Document Check's free checklist lists the documents lenders, grant programs and buyers usually ask for, and ticks the ones your toolkit already holds.

The toolkit makes the documents. The registrations and certifications they refer to, from SAM.gov to SBA and state certifications and the drone rules, are explained step by step, with the official sources, in Where to start.

Questions and answers

What does it cost? The document tools come with a company account. The Grant application kit's checklist, deadlines and outline come with them; its drafts and downloads are part of the Pro plans. Document Check is a paid review. The prices are on the pricing page.
Who can see my company file and documents?Only the people of your organization. Nobody else with an account, buyers included, and not us in admin, who see only how complete the file is and how many documents you keep, never what they say.
Can I edit the Word file?Yes. The Word file is yours to change.
Does it replace SAM.gov or SBA certification? No. It shows you each step and links to the official site; the registrations themselves are made there, and they are free.
