Refund and Cancellation Policy

• You can cancel any monthly or yearly plan at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• One-time services, such as Document Check, are not refundable after they have run, because our cost is incurred when the work is done.
• If something fails on our side, we fix it or refund you.

This section covers Pro (Premium Profile), Buyer Pro, Featured Partner, the Operator plan, and any other subscription.

• Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time in Manage billing in your account, or by writing to team@autonomyrunway.com.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused time in a period, except as stated in this section.
• Renewal charges: if you contact us within 7 days of a renewal charge and have not used any paid feature since the renewal, we will refund that renewal.
• First yearly payment: if you ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment, we will refund it in full. If you have already used a credit included with the plan, such as a Document Check, we deduct that credit's listed price.
• Switching plans: when you switch through Manage billing, any unused time on your old plan is credited toward the new one.

• Each Document Check or Bid response kit is charged when you buy it.
• After a check or kit has run and the results are delivered, it is not refundable, including when you disagree with the findings.
• If it fails to finish because of a problem on our side, we will run it again at no cost or refund it, whichever you prefer.
• Credits you bought but have not used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• The free Document Check has no cash value.

• If you cancel before we begin the check, we refund it in full.
• After we have begun, it is not refundable, whatever the outcome, because the work has been done. The result shows the facts we were able to confirm and the sources we used.
• If we cannot complete the check because of a problem on our side, we refund it.

• We will refund the package in full if you ask within 14 days of purchase and none of its services have been used. Services count as used when a session with us has been held, an introduction has been made, a Company check has begun, or a Document Check credit has been used.
• After that, the current term is not refundable.
• If your package renews, the renewal terms are shown at checkout, and you can cancel the renewal at any time in Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.

• Job posts are not refundable after they are published.
• Unused job post credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

• You may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled issue or start date for a full refund. After that, no refund applies.
• If we fail to run a paid placement as agreed, we will run it in the next available issue or refund it, whichever you prefer.

Free offers, founding offers, trials, and included credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

If we close an account because it violated our Terms of Service, no refund is due, except where the law requires one.

Write to team@autonomyrunway.com with your organization's name, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems can be fixed quickly. We may suspend accounts that file unwarranted chargebacks.
