Alpha Unmanned Systems is a Madrid aeronautical engineering company, founded in 2014, that designs and builds small fuel-powered unmanned helicopters and their subsystems. Its A900 helicopter weighs under 25 kg at takeoff and flies for more than four hours, for maritime surveillance, border control, reconnaissance and aerial target work, with the company's own land and ship-based control stations, tracking antennas, AIS modules and a heavy-fuel powerplant.
