Blue Arrow is a U.S.-Ukrainian defense technology company, headquartered in Pittsburgh with an operating office and engineers in Ukraine, that makes autonomy software and hardware for drones in GPS-denied and jammed conditions. It was founded in 2024 as a sister company of KEF Robotics, the Pittsburgh maker of vision-based navigation, and launched publicly in January 2025. In 2025 it closed a pre-seed round led by Finland's Big Defence.
