Callen-Lenz designs and builds uncrewed aircraft, with the avionics, sensors and flying services around them. Its range includes Koios, a vertical take-off drone for surveillance that flies for 6 to 8 hours; Fregata, a catapult-launched aircraft that stays up 8 to 12 hours; and Nyan, a jet-powered, catapult-launched one-way effector, a drone built to strike a target. Its SkyCircuits unit, bought in 2013, makes autopilots, and since 2012 it has run beyond-visual-line-of-sight test and evaluation flights for the UK Ministry of Defence.
