ComBat Vision is a Ukrainian developer of battlefield reconnaissance and coordination software. ComBat Vision 4.0 has no central server: each device keeps its share of the data and passes it to others over encrypted links, so units can share positions, targets and tasks on a common map even over HF radio at about 1 kilobit per second. It is designed around NATO's STANAG 4677 standard for exchanging data over weak links.
