Drone America, founded in 2009 in Reno, Nevada, designs and flies medium and large uncrewed aircraft, including multirotor, hybrid VTOL and helicopter systems. It runs beyond-visual-line-of-sight missions for emergency services, wildland fire support, utility and infrastructure inspection and aerial survey, and takes on custom engineering and research projects.
