Electro Optic Systems (EOS) is an Australian defence and space technology company listed on the Australian Securities Exchange, with its headquarters in Canberra and its research and production facilities in Australia and the United States. It has designed, built and exported advanced systems for more than 40 years. Its defence products include the R400, R500, R600 and R800 remote weapon stations, the Slinger counter-drone system, which pairs a radar with a stabilised 30 mm cannon, and Apollo, a high energy laser weapon designed to defeat drones.
