Flyt Aerospace designs and builds uncrewed aircraft for the Department of Defense, special operations and commercial customers with unusual requirements. It says it has designed more than 20 UAV systems, from under a pound to more than 400 pounds, and works as a development partner alongside government teams, prime contractors and research groups, from concept and prototype through preparation for production. Its current products include Defender 2, a small aircraft flown over a fiber-optic line so it can operate where radio links are jammed.
