FuVeX is a Spanish company in Tudela, Navarra, that designs, builds and flies long-range fixed-wing drones for collecting data over large distances. It started in 2015 as a university initiative and now builds its own patented aircraft at its Tudela site, flying them beyond the pilot's line of sight to inspect high- and medium-voltage power lines, as well as renewable energy sites, pipelines, farmland and other infrastructure. Spanish electricity distributors, among them Naturgy's UFD and Endesa, use its drone inspections.
