Hard Cat Drones is a Ukrainian startup that builds uncrewed boats for rivers, estuaries and coastal waters. Its kamikaze river drone is built to strike small vessels, and the same craft can scan the riverbed, look for enemy mines, help Ukrainian boats navigate and carry out reconnaissance. A prototype was shown in 2024 and tested with at least two brigades, and the company now describes a fast interceptor boat for protecting military and civilian ships, maritime infrastructure and coastlines.
