Applus+ Keystone, founded in 2007 as Keystone Compliance and now part of Applus+, is a test lab based in New Castle, Pennsylvania, with further labs in Madison Heights, Michigan, and Durham, North Carolina. Its main New Castle lab is a 30,000-square-foot building on a four-acre campus, with EMC test chambers and an environmental lab with electrodynamic shakers and walk-in and reach-in temperature and humidity chambers; a separate package testing lab is also in New Castle.
