About

Locus Lock builds software-defined satellite navigation (GNSS) receivers for drones, ground vehicles, ships and spacecraft that need reliable positioning in dense cities or where signals are jammed or spoofed. Because the receiver's work is done in software, it can be updated in the field, and the company prices it for high-volume and expendable platforms. The technology grew out of the Radionavigation Laboratory at the University of Texas at Austin, and the company is now based in Westminster, Colorado.
