NORDA Dynamics is a Ukrainian-Estonian company, founded in 2024 by engineers who had built drones for frontline units, that makes autonomy for uncrewed aircraft. Its Underdog terminal guidance system locks onto a target the operator selects and steers the drone through the final approach, even when radio links are jammed or satellite navigation is denied, and it runs on airframes from many makers, from FPV strike quadcopters to interceptors. Its engineering team works in Ukraine, and its governance and legal structure sit in Estonia.
