PDKinematics is a Lithuanian defence engineering company founded in 2022 and based in Vilnius. Its main product, Gannet, is a small guidance kit that turns a munition dropped from a multirotor drone into a guided one, steering it to the target without satellite navigation so it keeps working under jamming. The company says Gannet lets operators release from much higher altitudes, up to about 700 metres, and it is also developing a proximity fuse and counter-electronic-warfare parts.
