RigiTech, based in Prilly near Lausanne, builds the Eiger, a delivery drone that takes off and lands vertically and cruises on a fixed wing, carrying about 3 kilograms up to 100 kilometers. Its RigiCloud software plans missions and monitors the fleet, and in 2026 it added live airspace information through an integration with SafeSky. The system is aimed at hospitals, laboratories and industrial sites that move samples, medicine or parts between locations.
