Splash builds autonomous surface vessels for national security work such as coastal patrol, guarding oil rigs, ports and other critical sites, and carrying cargo to remote locations. Its boats are designed to run missions without an operator and in areas without communication, with a top speed of about 50 knots, and to carry swappable mission modules or third-party payloads for tasks like seabed mapping and data collection.
