TechEx is a Ukrainian full-cycle defense manufacturer that designs and produces FPV drones controlled over fiber-optic cable, a link that radio jamming does not affect. Its Stalker XO series of one-way strike drones comes in 10-, 13- and 15-inch sizes with longer-range and heavier-payload variants, and its Striker Mini and Striker AI are fast interceptor drones built to protect airspace against enemy drones. It makes its own lightweight fiber spools and lithium-ion battery packs, which it also sells as components.
