Terma is a Danish defence and aerospace company based in Lystrup, near Aarhus. It is majority owned by the Thomas B. Thrige Foundation, a Danish commercial foundation, and ATP Long-term Danish Capital has held a minority share since June 2024. It makes SCANTER surveillance radars, among them the SCANTER Sphera 3D radar, which uses micro-Doppler and movement-based classification to tell drones apart from other objects in cluttered surroundings. It also makes electronic warfare systems and aerostructures for military aircraft.
