Tritel is a Ukrainian electronics company that designs secure communications equipment for military and government users, including IP network encryptors and mobile communication suites. After Russia's aggression began in 2014 it developed Nota, an electronic warfare complex that detects drones at about 20 kilometers and jams their control links at up to 15 kilometers. Nota also suppresses mobile networks and finds the direction of radio emitters.
