Vector is a Utah defense company founded in 2024 by former special operations soldiers and drone engineers. It builds small unmanned aircraft for U.S. forces, including the Hammer, a strike and reconnaissance quadcopter that can fly on a fiber-optic control line, which makes it immune to radio jamming. Rather than only selling hardware, it offers what it calls modern warfare as a service: training, tactics and ongoing updates to its drones under service contracts.
