Army Materiel Command opened an advanced manufacturing facility for small drones at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pennsylvania, which makes brushless motors and circuit cards. Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, makes drone frames, and Red River Army Depot, Texas, makes batteries. The Army aims for these parts to be on the Department's Blue List so the military and industry can buy them.
