June 8, 2026PolicyDepartment of War updates its Chinese military companies list (Section 1260H)The June 2026 update to the Section 1260H list was filed June 8 and published in the Federal Register on June 10, 2026. The notice lists Chinese military companies. It gives no total; law firms count 188 entities after the update, which added 65 and removed 10. The list is updated at least annually.
